ALL team members will receive race bib, race buff, finisher medal, e-certificate, access to training program and partner benefits.

REGISTRATION OPTIONS

You must complete the challenge as a team. However, your team can complete the registration payment as a group (one payment) or as individuals.

COMPLETING PAYMENT INDIVIDUALLY?

Make sure that you include both your team name and team captain when you register so we can ensure we join you with your team mates. It is your responsibility to ensure your team has the required number of participants registered or agree to be joined with another group to meet these requirements.

PAYMENT PLANS

The payment plan option allows registration fees to be paid in three separate installments.

Just select this option during the registration process and INTIX will take care of the rest.

Please note – INTIX charges an additional $5 per installment. Therefore look at registering as a team if choosing payment plan to minimise third party fees.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE TEAM CHALLENGE HAS TO BE CANCELLED?

Firstly, the team challenge will NEVER become a virtual event. The whole purpose of the program is to complete the challenge as a team, and cross the finish line together.

We are in consultation with industry leaders who are monitoring the situation closely and part of the government round table discussions.

Given that:

  1. the challenge will occur entirely outdoors
  2. teams will start one at a time to maintain social distancing
  3. the number of teams we are registering have been reduced to meet limits of participants at Wellness Stops

we are now aiming to have the challenge in April. If things change in the coming months, the challenge will be rescheduled to the dates listed below. When registering your team, please keep the following date booked out in your calendar so that you are available.

May 14-15, 2021 | October 22-23, 2021 | November 20-21, 2021 | March 27-28, 2022

Remember with this type of event, there are other factors that may mean we have to re-schedule (like a bushfire, high speed winds, flooding), so we always have to prepare for multiple scenarios.

If the team challenge is unable to go ahead on any of these advertised dates, teams will receive a 100% refund on program fees. This does not include third party fees related to booking (INTIX & Stripe as detailed above).
